Post-1965 Toronto, ON, "Presented on Occasion to Visit City Hall" Souvenir Medallion
This cupronickel medallion features Toronto City Hall -- specifically, the "new" Neo-Expressionist Modern buildings inaugurated in 1965. City Hall, with its double curved towers cupping a saucer-shaped council chamber, has become one of Toronto's most recognizable buildings, and has featured in many films and TV shows.
