c.2000s USA Walt Disney World EPCOT Park Medallion Collection Token
Medallions and tokens have been popular souvenirs of Walt Disney World for decades. This specific medallion celebrates EPCOT, the resort's second theme park that was, for many years, dedicated to the concept of being a permanent world's fair. Various attractions celebrated culture, science, technology, and the natural world, with opportunities for dining and shopping. Judging from the list of attractions on the back of the packaging, as well as the inclusion of the "Sorcerer Mickey wand" in the image of Spaceship Earth, this token dates somewhere between 2001 and 2007.
Please note, this token's packaging shows some creases and wear along the edges.
