1976 marked the 200th anniversary of the American Revolution, and the occasion was marked with dual-dated Kennedy half dollars. This item encases one of these coins in a brass bezel, allowing it to be worn as a pendant.
The pendant comes with its original, vintage card identifying it as having come from Grieger's, a large jewellery supplier that operated out of Pasadena, California, in the 1970s.
