Initially introduced in Utah following the Utah Legal Tender Act, they serve as a voluntary currency, allowing transactions at the vendor's discretion. Nevada, New Hampshire, Wyoming, and South Dakota, Florida, and Oklahoma—have each launched their own Goldbacks in subsequent years.

This Florida Goldback depicts Pax, the Roman virtue of peace, beneath the clear waters of Florida’s renowned Molasses Reef. Pax represents a flourishing society, which is reflected by the abundance of marine life surrounding her. In one hand she holds a branch of seaweed as a symbol of reconciliation; in the other, she holds a trident, representing stewardship of the sea. Her flowing drapery echoes the effortless nature of true peace. Made in the USA by Goldback Inc., using proprietary Aurum® technology to create durable, gold-backed currency.

Specifications:
Special Feature: UV reactive Ink (only on 2025 or later)
Country: United States
Manufacturer: Valaurum
Metal Content: 1/4000oz (0.00025oz)
Purity: .9999

https://goodscalvero.shop/products/2026-1-4-florida-goldback-aurum-1-4000oz-24k-9999-gold-wafer-foil-note-no-tax
